At Hook Gas our main aim to offer a professional service that leaves you the customer happy and a client of ours for years. Please see below our trading terms and conditions.
Pricing and Home Survey
No price will be given for your installation until one of our engineers has conducted a full Home Survey at your property. The cost of a Home Survey is £40, which will be deducted from the cost of your installation.
Payment
Hook Gas Services Ltd will not ask you too pay for the installation up front, but we will require full payment on the day of completion. Once the installation is complete and full payment has been made, our team will issue a receipt of payment and the relevant certification.
Warranty
Hook Gas Services Ltd offer a month 24 warranty against faulty workmanship, but no warranty on the products purchased, these should come directly from the manufacturer.
If your goods are damaged
Engineers from Hook Gas will ask you to check all products for damages when you receive or pick them up. Hook Gas Services Ltd can not be held responsible for faulty or damaged goods purchased by the customer. Should your goods be damaged or faulty, please contact Hook Gas Services immediately so that your fitting can be re-arranged.
B&Q Approved Fire Fitter
Hook Gas Services are B&Q approved fire fitters. Currently B&Q only offer an installation service in Scotland, if they recommence their installation service in England, then please contact them directly through their website DIY.com.
