Pricing Pledge and Warranty
At Hook Gas Services we pledge to offer our customers competitive prices for all our fitting services, whether that be for installations of fireplaces, central heating systems, cookers, hobs or bathroom suites.
At your home survey the engineer will give you a price for your job, you will then receive a written quote that will detail out the schedule of work to be undertaken and the pricing for that work. The price on your quote, will be the final price that you pay.
The only reason the final price may change is if the schedule of work changes, this is very rare, but should this situation arise, the engineer will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work that may alter the cost.
All installations carried out by Hook Gas Services Ltd come with a 12 month warranty against our workmanship. We can not be held liable for damaged or faulty goods, these should be covered by the warranty on your product from the supplier.
A receipt of payment and warranty guarantee will be mailed to you after your installation has been fully completed and paid for.
Any Worcester Bosch Boiler installation is covered with a 2 year warranty, this warranty comes direct from Worcester Bosch.
