We intend to make the installation process as hassle-free and easy for you as possible.
To ensure your installation is carried out as smoothly and quickly as possible on the day, your installer will ring you the day before the installation to ensure the products you would like installed have been delivered and are not damaged in any way. If they are damaged, please contact the manufacturer and make them aware of this.
You will have been advised when your home survey was carried out what preparation you need to do before your fireplace or boiler is installed. This will not normally involve a lot of work on your part, usually we just require you to move some furniture or roll some carpet away from the fireplace. This preparation will ensure our installers can get to work as soon as possible and install your brand new fireplace or boiler with minimum disturbance to you.
On the installation day, your installer will turn up at the time agreed the day before and start work as soon as possible.
To ensure our installer is fully informed about your particular installation, the installer on the day will be the same person that carried out your home survey.
When your fireplace, boiler, bathroom or cooker installation is finished, your installer will give you an overview of how to operate your installation safely and you will be given the relevant documentation for your particular model. The installer will also give you the relevant gas safety certificates and documentation regarding building regulations.
Your receipt and details regarding the workmanship warranty will be posted to you.
